These Terms set out the conditions for using the application "TalkScore" (the "App") provided by Calshe LLC ("we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Description of the service

An iOS app that reads a chat history exported from LINE or WhatsApp and counts what can be counted — reply times, how many messages are questions, who starts the conversation — to give the state of the exchange as a score out of 100 with its breakdown. Everything is analysed on the device; no part of the conversation is sent to us or to anyone else.

2. Prohibited conduct

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Interfering with the operation of the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering
Unauthorized access by automated means
Registering false information
Acts that infringe the rights of other users, third parties, or us

3. Advertising

The App contains ads. Ads are labeled with "PR" or similar. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers' apps or services.

4. Suspension of use

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your use of the App without prior notice.

5. About the score and the reading

The score and the written reading are built only from what can be counted in the exported chat — gaps between replies, the share of messages that are questions, who starts the conversation.
This is not fortune telling. It promises nothing about how the other person feels, what they intend, or where the relationship is going.
When the export covers a short period or holds few messages, the score is not stable. The app says so on screen.
We are not responsible for decisions or actions taken on the basis of the score or the reading.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the App's content, its fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be free from interruptions or failures.
We are not liable for any damage you incur from using the App, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to direct damages that would ordinarily arise.

7. Changes to or termination of the service

We may change the content of the App or end its provision. If we end it, we will give advance notice by reasonable means.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.
