Privacy Policy
Calshe LLC ("we") sets out below how information is handled in our application "TalkScore" (the "App").
The part that matters
Your conversation never leaves your phone. The whole analysis runs on the device. No message, no name, no photo, no sticker and no result is sent to us or to anyone else. We do not operate a server that could receive a conversation. There is no account and no sign-in.
1. What stays on the device
So that a later reading can be compared with an earlier one, the App keeps only the following on the device:
| Type | Content |
|---|---|
| The other person's name | As the export wrote it |
| Score and date | The score, the date, and which reading you chose (closeness or romance) |
| Comparison figures | A few summary numbers needed for the comparison, such as median reply time |
The messages themselves are never stored. All of this lives only on your device; it is not uploaded to us and not backed up to us. You can delete every record from the App's first screen, or one conversation at a time (deleting records).
2. What we receive
To improve the App and to keep it free, it uses the services below. None of them receives anything from the conversation itself.
| Service | What it receives | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Which format was opened, which reading was chosen, whether a result appeared, the score's band (one of five), and how many seconds and messages the analysis took. Not the score itself | Understanding use |
| Google AdMob | Device identifiers including the advertising identifier, records of ads shown and tapped, and the IP address, from which Google estimates an approximate region | Showing ads |
| Firebase Crashlytics | A record of where the App crashed, when it does | Fixing faults |
See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it. The App does not collect names, addresses, phone numbers or payment details.
3. Ads and consent
Where consent is required — the EEA, the UK and elsewhere — a consent form is shown on first launch. You can change that choice at any time from "Ad settings" on the App's first screen; that entry appears only where the requirement applies.
iOS will also ask whether the App may track you. Declining restricts nothing: the ads simply stop being tailored to you.
4. Children
The App is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
5. Your choices
Everything the App has stored can be deleted from inside the App. Use of the advertising identifier can be stopped from "Ad settings" and from iOS Settings. For anything else, write to us at the address below.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised text and the date are posted on this page.
