These Terms set out the conditions for using the application "Spot the Difference: Animals" (the "App") provided by Calshe LLC ("we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Description of the service

A puzzle game where you look for the differences between two images. Your progress is stored only on your device.

2. In-app purchases

An in-app purchase such as removing ads may be offered. Payment is processed by Google Play, and we do not obtain your credit card information Whether a refund is possible, and the procedure, follow the rules of each app store.

3. Prohibited conduct

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Interfering with the operation of the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering
Unauthorized access by automated means
Registering false information
Acts that infringe the rights of other users, third parties, or us

4. Advertising

The App contains ads. Ads are labeled with "PR" or similar. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers' apps or services.

5. Suspension of use

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your use of the App without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the App's content, its fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be free from interruptions or failures.
We are not liable for any damage you incur from using the App, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to direct damages that would ordinarily arise.

7. Changes to or termination of the service

We may change the content of the App or end its provision. If we end it, we will give advance notice by reasonable means.

We may change these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.
