Terms of Use
These Terms set out the conditions for using the application "TablePull" (the "App") provided by Calshe LLC ("we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Description of the service
A service that reads tables in PDFs created on a computer (invoices, statements, lists, etc.) and converts them into a spreadsheet file (xlsx format) or CSV. All conversion takes place on your device, and neither the PDF nor its content is sent to our servers or those of any third party. PDFs scanned from paper and text recognition (OCR) from photos are not supported. Because the result is rearranged automatically, please check the numbers before exporting.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Interfering with the operation of the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering
- Unauthorized access by automated means
- Registering false information
- Acts that infringe the rights of other users, third parties, or us
3. Advertising
The App contains ads. Ads are labeled with "PR" or similar. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers' apps or services.
4. Suspension of use
If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your use of the App without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of the App's content, its fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be free from interruptions or failures.
- We are not liable for any damage you incur from using the App, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to direct damages that would ordinarily arise.
6. Changes to or termination of the service
We may change the content of the App or end its provision. If we end it, we will give advance notice by reasonable means.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.
