Terms of Use

These Terms set out the conditions for using the application "Tensu Navi" (the "App") provided by Calshe LLC ("we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Description of the service

A service that takes the winning hand and conditions of a mahjong game (round wind, seat wind, self-drawn or discard, and so on) and shows the points, the list of yaku or fan, and how much each player pays. It covers Japanese riichi mahjong (4-player and 3-player, with several rule types to choose from for 3-player), plus Hong Kong mahjong (13 tiles), Taiwanese mahjong (16 tiles) and Chinese Official mahjong (the Chinese competition rules). All calculation takes place on the user's device, and information about the hand is not sent to our servers or those of any third party. Because points can change with differences in rules, please check them against the rules at your table.

2. Prohibited conduct

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Interfering with the operation of the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering
Unauthorized access by automated means
Registering false information
Acts that infringe the rights of other users, third parties, or us

3. Advertising

The App contains ads. Ads are labeled with "PR" or similar. We are not responsible for the content of advertisers' apps or services.

4. Suspension of use

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your use of the App without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the App's content, its fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be free from interruptions or failures.
We are not liable for any damage you incur from using the App, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to direct damages that would ordinarily arise.

6. Changes to or termination of the service

We may change the content of the App or end its provision. If we end it, we will give advance notice by reasonable means.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.
