Data deletion

This page explains how to delete your data in Loop Puzzle.

1. Delete from within the app (takes effect immediately)

Open the Loop Puzzle app
"Erase data on this device" in the Settings screen
Confirm and proceed

The data is deleted immediately when you run this. It cannot be undone..

2. Uninstall the app (takes effect immediately)

The App's data is stored only on your device. When you uninstall the App from your device, the stored data is erased along with it. No user data remains on our servers.

3. Request deletion of information held by us

We accept requests to delete the records sent for usage analysis (Firebase Analytics). We will identify your records using the ID below and delete them.

We cannot delete information held by ad delivery providers. Please delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

To verify your identity, please provide one of the following.

the "Support ID" shown in the app's Settings screen (with this, we can identify and erase the records sent for analysis)

We will process your request within 7 business days and notify you when it is complete.

4. What is not deleted

Statistics that cannot identify individuals - aggregated data in a form that cannot be traced back to a specific individual
Records that we are required by law to retain - where applicable, kept only for the required period
Information held by ad delivery providers - handled according to each provider's rules. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings
