Operator: Calshe LLC
Governing Law: Laws of Japan

Article 1. Scope

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  2. Rules, guidelines, notices, campaign terms, reward terms, and other provisions presented by the Company in the Service, on the Company website, in help pages, FAQs, notifications, emails, or by other means form part of these Terms.
  3. If these Terms conflict with any individual rule or notice described above, the individual rule or notice will prevail.

Article 2. Service Description

  1. The Service provides functions related to in-app points or similar value based on users' step counts, distance traveled, ad views, and other conditions designated by the Company.
  2. If users satisfy the conditions separately specified by the Company, they may be allowed to apply to redeem points for merchant gift cards (or equivalent merchant rewards). The Service does not offer redemption for Bitcoin, other crypto assets, cash remittance, bank transfer, or wallet payouts. Redemption conditions, destinations, minimum quantities, fees, and other details will be separately determined by the Company.
  3. The Service may include step measurement, distance recording, rankings, streaks, campaigns, advertising-related functions, redemption applications, notifications, inquiry functions, settings, and any other functions specified by the Company from time to time.
  4. Some functions of the Service may be unavailable depending on region, age, device, operating system, app version, partner requirements, external services, legal restrictions, or other circumstances.

Article 3. Accounts

  1. Users shall complete the registration, authentication, or login procedures required to use the Service by the methods specified by the Company.
  2. Users may register only one account per person, and multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.
  3. Users are responsible for managing their account information, credentials, devices, and other usage environment at their own risk and may not lend, transfer, rename, sell, or otherwise dispose of them to any third party.
  4. Minors may use the Service only after obtaining consent from a parent or other legal representative.

Article 4. Conditions of Use

  1. Users shall prepare, at their own cost and responsibility, the smartphone, communication line, operating system, app store environment, and other conditions required to use the Service.
  2. Some functions of the Service may require step count access, motion access, location access, notifications, advertising identifiers, or other permissions or settings. Users may grant, deny, or change such permissions through device or OS settings.
  3. All or part of the Service may fail to operate properly due to missing permissions, unsupported sensors, communication failures, OS restrictions, external service failures, or other reasons.
  4. Cookies, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and other technical identifiers may be used for providing the Service, determining results, preventing abuse, delivering advertisements, or measurement.
  5. The Company may deliver notices, campaign information, advertisements, and other information through in-app displays, push notifications, email, or any other method the Company considers appropriate.

Article 5. Points, Rewards, and Redemption

  1. Points (also displayed as "Banana") are in-app value displayed or managed within the Service under conditions set by the Company. Points are not fiat currency, deposits, electronic money, securities, or crypto assets. Points cannot be purchased with money, transferred between users, converted to cash or bank payouts, or exchanged for cryptocurrency.
  2. The only redemption offered by the Service is delivery of merchant gift cards (or equivalent merchant rewards) arranged by the Company or its fulfillment partners. The Service does not provide Bitcoin, other crypto assets, cash remittance, bank transfer, or wallet payouts.
  3. The conditions for granting points, calculation methods, reflection timing, holds, expiration, cancellation, usage conditions, eligibility for redemption, required point amounts for each gift card product, caps, fees, review criteria, processing periods, and other requirements will be separately determined by the Company and may be changed as necessary.
  4. The Company may grant points or related benefits according to step counts, travel distance, advertisement views, campaign participation, continuity of use, or other user activity, but does not guarantee any grant, continuity, or any fixed amount of earnings.
  5. Certain campaign points, limited-term points, Frozen Banana, or other benefits may be subject to validity periods, usage conditions, or forfeiture conditions. Frozen Banana may become eligible for redemption 60 days after grant and may expire 120 days after grant if not redeemed.
  6. Banana remain valid for 180 days from the date on which the user last earned Banana. The validity period is renewed to 180 days from each earning date (submitting a gift-card redemption request, opening the app, or signing in alone does not renew it). When the validity period lapses, all Banana held are forfeited and cannot be restored or compensated. The Company endeavors to notify users before expiry through in-app display or notifications, but non-delivery of a notice does not affect the effect of expiry.
  7. When users apply for gift card redemption, they must provide accurate and up-to-date information required for delivery (such as a verified email address). The Company is not liable for non-delivery, delays, misdelivery, or other disadvantages caused by incorrect information, except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Company.
  8. At the time the Company accepts a redemption request, the selected gift card product, face value (denomination), required points, redemption conditions, fees, and other individual conditions applicable to that request become fixed. Any reference value, estimate, or projected value displayed before acceptance is indicative only, and the conditions fixed at acceptance prevail.
  9. After a redemption request is submitted, it generally cannot be canceled or changed unless the Company separately permits it.
  10. The Company may hold, cancel, refuse, or suspend all or part of any gift card redemption or reward grant if there is a reasonable reason such as legal compliance, abuse prevention, security, identity verification, partner requirements, or system maintenance.
  11. Taxes and other expenses arising from the receipt of points or prizes may be borne by users in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 6. Advertising, Campaigns, and Third-Party Services

  1. The Service may include advertisements, campaigns, external links, or integrations with third-party services delivered by the Company or third parties.
  2. Detailed conditions regarding ad viewing, campaign participation, and use of third-party services are subject to the terms separately specified by the Company or the relevant third party.
  3. The Company does not guarantee the content, continuity, legality, safety, accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any third-party service.
